• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely; lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays); reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions;
  Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; support replenishment and guest service.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to maintain an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and clearance signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms back to the floor.
• Operate with a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards; follow safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience; greet guests and assist with their needs; thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
