Target is a place where team members help all families discover the joy of everyday life. This role supports GM and Food areas, including inbound, fulfillment, replenishment, and promotional signing processes, and contributes to inventory accuracy, pricing, and guest service.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Perform daily tasks assigned by your leader to meet business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely at all times; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., drive-up, carryout)
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
