As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest in the store with an amazing shopping experience, creating a better day for them than before they came in. You are the face of our company, passionate about building brand loyalty, and you represent our company values while bringing your REAL self to work each day.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with each guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset (we’ll teach you everything you need to know).
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can adapt to any zone—Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—as required.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You are a team player, always willing to assist your teammates.
• You act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
