Retail Merchandiser Associate

Location:

MI Statewide, Kalamazoo area.

Requisition .

• Evaluate and manage product inventory, display, and presentation.
• Optimize the inventory mix at retail locations through planograms, instant ticket ordering, and returns management.
• Ensure customers’ Standards of Excellence are met at all points of retail distribution.
• Educate retailers and players to maximize sales.
• Review statistics with retailers consistently.
• Follow all lottery procedures, such as picking up, dropping off, transferring, closing, and returning tickets to our warehouse.
• Complete required paperwork and assist with other projects as they are assigned.
• Quarterly Sales Incentive Opportunities available.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales in retail or wholesale sales.
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for work on company-provided tablets or computers.
• Valid driver's license, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and reside in the Kalamazoo area.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with PowerPoint.
