Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments. Their responsibilities may include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver great customer experience, sales promotions are executed well, and service areas are organized.

The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe food quickly, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures and new menu items.

The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and provides recognition and motivation throughout their tenure.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We look for positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast‑paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
