Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our franchise in Kansas City, MO. This role leads daily operations in a fast‑paced casual dining environment. The expected base salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and uphold company standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of hourly team members.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

• 2+ years of current restaurant manager experience in fast casual or casual dining.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to create fun in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to select, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Guest‑driven focus and track record of high service standards.
