Location:

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars; stocks beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Take and/or process orders for drinks; mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes; practice prudent portion control.
• Check guests at the bar for proper identification; detect and respond to guest inebriation as trained.
• Receive and process payments; verify charges and ensure proper vouchers.
• Lock up and store beverage products, food, equipment, deposits and cash drops; secure the bank.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display; wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous bartending experience and customer service experience is needed.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time; open availability preferred; weekends required. More details during interview.
• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

• Handles cash, vouchers and related transactions securely.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area; prepares and stores perishable items properly.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
