Job Description

We look for team members who work well together, are accountable, and deliver results. The goal is to create exceptional service for guests through clear expectations and realistic rewards.

We need a skilled Cook, Prep Cook, and Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, clean, and organize workstations.
  • Prepare ingredients for the shift (wash vegetables, chop, season meats, etc.).
  • Prepare oven, utensils, and grill for the shift.
  • Take orders from wait staff or a computerized system.
  • Cook orders according to food health and safety standards.
  • Recommend ideas for specials or seasonal dishes.
  • Handle multiple food orders simultaneously.
  • Monitor new orders as they arrive.
  • Dress orders for presentation.
  • Ensure each guest order has the correct food and sides.
  • Deliver food orders to expo staff in a timely manner.
  • Store all food properly.
  • Sanitize and clean workstations and utensils.
  • Reorder stock and food supplies.
  • Monitor other cooks and team members.
  • Assist other cooks or team members when needed.
  • Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
Qualifications
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift.
  • Self‑motivated and self‑directed.
  • Works well as part of a team or on individual tasks.
  • Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a busboy, washer, waiter, cook, or relevant work experience.
  • Available to work mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 25 pounds or more.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, kneel during the shift.
