This role will lead the culinary program into its next chapter, delivering timeless, classic dining executed at the highest level. We are seeking a chef who values craftsmanship over trends, consistency over novelty, and leadership over ego. This position reports to senior club leadership and is responsible for leading all culinary operations, stewarding the club’s culinary vision, and ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience.

About the Position

The Executive Chef will lead a culinary program grounded in elevated American and French classics, thoughtful seasonal refinement, and flawless execution. This role is responsible for menu development, culinary standards, kitchen leadership, and operational excellence while fostering a respectful, stable, high-performance kitchen culture. The Executive Chef will collaborate closely with club leadership and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, refined dining experiences across à la carte service and private events.

Skills & Requirements

  • Senior culinary leadership experience in private clubs, fine dining restaurants, or luxury hotels
  • Strong command of classic American and continental culinary techniques
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain disciplined, professional kitchen teams
  • Demonstrated success running consistent, high-standard culinary operations
  • Experience managing food costs, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Strong operational, financial, and organizational acumen with exceptional attention to detail
  • Calm, confident, low-ego leadership style suited to a private club environment
  • Base Salary $85,000-$110,000
