Setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration;
Supervising CNAs as directed;
Providing patients' personal hygiene including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths;
Assisting with activities of daily living including serving meals, feeding patients, ambulating, turning and positioning patients; providing water and nourishment between meals;
Maintaining patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information
