Job Summary:
Kansas City VA Medical Center is hiring three (3) Registered Nurse - PACT Outpatient Staff to join the following Primary Care Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOC):
Honor Annex VA Clinic, located in Kansas City, MO.

- Major duties include, but are not limited to:
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on age specific components. Assuming responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care. Administering medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines. Influencing care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team. Executing position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex client care.

Requirements: U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
