Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Wound Care

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing high-quality, patient-centered services across various settings.

• Conduct on-site wound assessments, debridements, and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Accurately document visits and treatments in the EMR system.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, including HIPAA.
• Stay current with wound care advancements.

Qualifications include a valid NP license in Missouri (and Illinois preferred), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and strong communication and organizational skills. Wound care experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. Travel to New Orleans for training is required.
