We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Psychiatry to provide mental health care for geriatric patients in nursing home settings.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients' mental health needs with medication management and therapy.
- Conduct evaluations, monitor progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and foster trusting relationships with patients.
