Registered Nurse Team Manager (RN) - Inpatient Behavioral Health - FT Days (3 days per week)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Team Manager to lead a dedicated group of professionals, ensure excellent patient care, and drive operational success in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

Job Location: UH Lakewood Medical Center, Kansas City, Missouri

Department: Behavioral Health, Geri Psyche UHLMC

Position Type: Full time

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours Per Week: 36

• Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
• Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
• Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship.
• Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience).
• At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills.
• Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Current certifications per department requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

• Specialty Certification (a plus but not required).
