What You’ll Do- Provide exceptional, hands-on nursing care through every stage of the childbirth journey.
- Perform thorough assessments, develop care plans, and advocate fiercely for your patients.
- Be a go-to resource and mentor for new nurses, supporting onboarding, skills testing, and professional development.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
- Participate in unit committees, education initiatives, research, and quality improvement projects.
- Inspire students and model best practices for the next generation of nurses.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active Missouri RN License in good standing.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certification (current).
- Completion of AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Course.
- Clinical confidence in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and OB triage.
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
RN Specialty Certification (such as Inpatient OB or Maternal Newborn Nursing).
