Wound Care Nurse / LPN (WCC, WOCN) - Benefits- Competitive Pay

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of the healthcare organization and the state of Missouri
- Complete wound treatments for residents in skilled nursing facility
- Implement and monitor patient care plans and monitor resident condition
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments
- Provide resident specific education to CNAs and nurses for wound care and prevention
- Some wound care experience preferred
- Certification preferred but not required
- Minimum Experience:
One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
