As a Director of Nursing (DON | LPN), you will administer and manage Nursing Services for residents, supervise 24‑hour nursing care, direct the nursing department to maintain quality standards, and assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

• A passion for working with seniors

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state where you practice
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
