Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance the quality of care for our residents. The LPN will work with the Resident Service Director to provide nursing care, monitor resident health, administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and maintain accurate resident records.

- Provide basic nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assist residents with daily care needs and assignments.
- Educate residents and their families about medications, procedures, and overall health management.
- Document resident care and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education to enhance professional skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident care areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Missouri.
- Proven experience within a long‑term care or assisted living environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care to residents.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
