Research Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse RN Neuro Intensive Care for our Neuro Intensive Care unit.

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements and state standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary team to provide individualized, comprehensive care.
• Advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, supporting the organization's vision and mission.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by medical providers; document administration of care accurately.
• Teach patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up measures, translating complex terminology.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous improvement to meet and exceed quality measures.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans to support recovery.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment start.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment start.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year of employment start.
