The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high quality care and coordination of all unit functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Direct and monitor nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a resource for staff and provide guidance on clinical matters.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate performance and improve quality outcomes.
• Model commitment to the organization’s mission and values.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse Diploma or equivalent experience.
