In this role, you'll lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success. Whatyou ll do
- Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
- Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
- Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship.
- Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience).
- At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills.
- Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current certifications per department requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Specialty Certification (a plus but not required).
- A leader who excels in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and driving patient care excellence.
- Someone with a passion for developing others and guiding teams to success.
