Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN

Highland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an LPN who is dedicated to delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel, and collaboration with physicians and other medical professionals.

As an LPN, you are responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and coordinating resident care during your shift. This includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals to support resident health goals.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have an active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
