Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU night shift position requiring pediatric critical care experience and active MO or compact licensure.

• Position is in the Pediatric ICU (PICU) of a children's hospital
• Work in a Magnet designated, teaching hospital with Level I Trauma Center and Level IV NICU
• Night shift schedule, 36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:00)
• 13-week travel contract assignment
• EMR system is Cerner
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Scrub uniforms may be any kid-friendly color or pattern
• Free parking available with permit
• The hospital is a nicotine-free campus and tests for nicotine use

• Active MO or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year recent PICU nursing experience required, 2 years preferred
• Travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications in BLS and PALS (American Heart Association) at time of consideration
• Two professional references from a supervisor or higher within the last 12 months required
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
