Monday - Friday business hours with the potential of occasional visits in the evening or on weekends, pending patient availability.

This position is responsible for ensuring our clients receive high-quality care and delivering high-quality care when working in a hands-on setting.

Bright Star Care North KC, Metro KC, and Lee's Summit officially opened on May 1st! We are seeking a Nurse Manager responsible for home care case management, including training and supervising staff (caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, RNs), completing start of care and reassessments, and patient visits (clinical trials, infusions, injections, wound care, hospital-in-your-home visits, etc.). This role offers growth opportunities into a Director of Nursing position as our agency expands, or a balanced role with administrative, management, and bedside responsibilities.

To qualify, you must have strong IV skills, be comfortable working in a home setting, possess excellent communication, problem-solving, electronic documentation, time management, and people management skills, enjoy teaching/training, and be adaptable to a fluid schedule.

• Current unrestricted RN license in MO
• Ability to commute to an office setting in Olathe, KS daily (outside of patient visits)
• Reliable car and auto insurance
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CPR Certification (BLS - Red Cross or American Heart Association); we offer classes at a reduced cost if needed
• Negative TB test within the last year
• Clean background and criminal record
• COVID Vaccine
• Adherence to HIPAA and client confidentiality
