Position:
Charge Nurse | RN at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

As a Charge Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will also be responsible for the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift; this includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Must have an active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
