• Content Strategy & Video Execution
  • Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar for all social platforms, aligned with a 12-month marketing plan
  • Own the creative strategy, ensuring content is trend-forward, platform-optimized, and resonates with our target audience
  • Create and manage Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and You Tube Shorts content focused on growing our sports audience
  • Quickly communicate, produce, and edit trending short-form content for baseball, softball, and pickleball, ensuring same-day publication
  • Edit and produce monthly podcast episodes, including audio cleanup, segment arrangement, and final production
• Community Management & Engagement
  • Foster a strong sense of community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing conversations
  • Build and nurture par asocial relationships with followers, acting as the face of our brands on camera
  • Assist with community insight tracking, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are aware of applicable insights
  • Surface insights, trends, and customer feedback to improve social strategies and products
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, including audience growth, engagement, and revenue
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for future content strategies
• Trend Monitoring
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, identifying and leveraging emerging opportunities to enhance brand visibility
• Paid Social Support & Partnership Activation
  • Assist in executing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to develop creative assets
  • Assist with reporting analysis and campaign optimization
  • Stay up to date on paid social trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to help grow brand visibility
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing initiatives, activating influencers and building partnerships that align with brand goals
• Performance Goals
  • Set clear performance benchmarks for social channels, balancing budget requirements with follower and engagement growth objectives
• Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align paid and organic campaigns, optimizing synergies for maximum impact
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing leadership with informed recommendations on message priorities and channel strategies
