Marketing Engagement Coordinator

Premier Promotions works with nationally recognized brands to run in-person marketing campaigns inside busy retail environments across Kansas City. These campaigns are designed to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and on-site results through face-to-face interaction.

We are expanding our Kansas City team and are looking for people who want hands-on marketing experience, clear development, and an active role where performance is visible day to day.

This role is not a desk job. You will be placed directly inside live campaigns where brand messaging, customer engagement, and results happen in real time.

• In-person marketing campaigns are executed on the ground
• Customer conversations translate into measurable outcomes
• Brand messaging is adapted based on live feedback
• Teams work together to hit daily performance goals

Your work will take place at scheduled promotional events where you will:

• Represent partner brands to the public in a professional setting
• Engage customers in conversation and explain current offers
• Support on-site sales activity through clear communication
• Maintain brand standards, presentation, and event flow
• Contribute to team targets and campaign performance

This position works well for people who:

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sports, or team-based environments is helpful, but not required.
