Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $57,000.00/yr

This is an entry level role with paid training and extensive growth opportunity. The work environment entails both on-site field marketing and office work. The Marketing Assistant coordinates and executes marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and support business sales growth. This position helps develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and contribute to the organization’s objectives.

• Field marketing and sales
• Increase consumer bases
• Create engaging presentations for live retail platforms
• Coordinate marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities
• Foster relationships with vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing
• Contribute to tracking campaign performance metrics and providing actionable insights
• Assist with managing the marketing budget and tracking expenditures
• Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and KPIs
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market positioning

• Solid public speaking and communication skills
• Organization and reliability; professional demeanor
• 0-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship
• Excellent written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
• Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree preferred
