Overview
CST Industries is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This individual will help strengthen CST’s global reputation as the world’s leading designer, manufacturer, and builder of storage tanks and cover solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of professional social media management experience
, preferably in a B2B or industrial marketing environment
, and a demonstrated ability to grow audiences, increase engagement, and deliver measurable results. A background in graphic design and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
- Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across Linked In, Facebook, You Tube, and X (Twitter), aligning with CST’s global marketing strategy.
- Monitor daily engagement, respond to comments, and actively foster community relationships across channels.
- Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and animations to support posts and campaigns using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to promote CST’s full brand portfolio: AQUASTORE®, Tec Tank™, Opti Dome®, HARVESTORE®, and Conservatek®.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, CTR, conversions) to continuously improve results.
- Assist in managing paid social campaigns and retargeting ads in partnership with the digital marketing team.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to guide content strategy.
- Support trade show and campaign initiatives with pre-, during-, and post-event digital promotion.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
- Proven track record of increasing engagement and audience growth on professional social platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing
, particularly for industrial, manufacturing, or engineering companies. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Solid understanding of content scheduling tools (e.g., Hub Spot).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
- Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and time management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting digital ad campaigns (Linked In Ads, Google Display, or Meta).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot).
- Photography or videography experience a plus.
- Creative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging both internal teams and online audiences.
- Organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic about learning technical or industrial subjects and translating them into engaging visual content.
