The
** Growth Strategy Lead
** plays a key role in enabling GCash’s marketing strategy, optimizing processes, and driving transformation initiatives. This role focuses on translating marketing strategies into actionable plans, ensuring operational excellence, and providing foundational analysis to drive business growth within GCash's marketing function.
* **** Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**:
** Support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.
* **** Business Planning & Budgeting Support**:
** Assist in business planning sessions, integrating insights into execution plans and ensuring cost-effective budget allocation.
* **** Market & Consumer In sighting**:
** Conduct in-depth analysis of market data and consumer behavior to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
* **** Support Transformation Initiatives**:
** Assist in the implementation of change management and transformation projects aimed at improving marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
* **** Cross-Functional Coordination**:
** Work with teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
* **** Process Optimization & Automation**:
** Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within marketing operations to enhance efficiency.
**** QUALIFICATIONS****

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.

* Experience:

** 1-3 years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, management consulting, FMCG, or a similar industry.

Skills:

** Exposure to marketing strategy, business planning, organizational development, and performance tracking.

Experience:

** Familiarity with process improvement, automation, or change initiatives within marketing or business functions.
