Execute aseptic manufacturing processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP);
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Aseptic Block Equipment, such as filling and blow molding machines, sterilizers, and filtration systems;
Perform routine equipment maintenance, which involves cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating (CIL) the Aseptic Block Equipment;
Accurately document all production activities using software such as Presage and Infinity;
Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with Niagaras Quality Systems and external regulatory bodies
