** Our team is currently seeking Production Lead for our packaging department. We focus on safety and quality-oriented people who can demonstrate adaptability and willingness in a team- oriented fast paced work environment.
*
* Work Schedule:
** 3pm to 11pm (2nd shift variable based on assigned work)
Overtime is possible and will be either 4 hours before or 4 hours after regular shift.
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Degree in a related field preferred and/or a minimum of 1-year previous experience in food/beverage manufacturing working in a leadership capacity is required.
* Excellent Analytical Reasoning Skills, Math Skills, Organizational Skill
* Must have a solid understanding of process improvement methods, and be capable of leading a team.
* Must be able to lead by example and have the ability to allocate resources as situations change. Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet applications.
* Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards.
* Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score

** Job Overview:
** The Production Lead has primary responsibility for effective operation of packaging and processing equipment accomplished in a manner to enhance the overall performance of the plant.
