About the OpportunityOur team is seeking a skilled and safety‑driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead a group of experienced maintenance technicians in a fast‑paced, advanced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a strong culture of safety across our facility.

What You’ll Do- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to achieve high performance
- Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for machinery including mills, welders, cutting systems, and material‑handling equipment
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Respond quickly to equipment issues and coordinate effective repairs
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, compliance documentation, and CMMS records
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support seamless operations
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (steel manufacturing or heavy industry preferred)
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system knowledge
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
- PLC- programming knowledge preferred
