About the Opportunity

Our team is seeking a skilled and safety‑driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead a group of experienced maintenance technicians in a fast‑paced, advanced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and a strong culture of safety across our facility.

What You’ll Do
  • Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians to achieve high performance
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for machinery including mills, welders, cutting systems, and material‑handling equipment
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
  • Respond quickly to equipment issues and coordinate effective repairs
  • Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, compliance documentation, and CMMS records
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support seamless operations
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (steel manufacturing or heavy industry preferred)
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system knowledge
  • Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance
  • PLC- programming knowledge preferred
