Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our manufacturing warehouse located in the caves. This role oversees employees, ensures safety and productivity, and supports extended hours during peak season.
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule:
- Regular:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Peak Season: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6 days/week (
significant overtime available
)
- Supervise and support warehouse/manufacturing staff
- Ensure production goals and safety standards are met
- Train, coach, and motivate employees
- Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow
- Communicate with management and team members
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends during peak season
- Ability to work in a cave/warehouse environment
- $18.50/hour
- Full-time, stable position
- Consistent weekday schedule outside peak season
- High overtime potential during peak season
