If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical challenges, and taking pride in precision craftsmanship, this is the opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Mold Technician who’s eager to learn and grow with a team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn the ins and outs of complex injection mold assemblies
- Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble molds with precision
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy
- Assist Mold Makers with assembly and disassembly as needed
- Safely handle tools, equipment, and molds while following all safety protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment and help keep operations running smoothly
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the department
Requirements

- Strong mechanical aptitude and a natural problem solver
- Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to quality
- Reliable, career-minded individual with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and dependability
- Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
- Will need to provide personal hand tools
Preferred Skills:
- Mechanical or manufacturing background
- Ability to read blueprints
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience using manual machine tools
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
