As a Forklift Operator, you will be directly responsible for assisting the brewing process to produce high-quality products. You will load trucks and cold rooms with finished goods and help keep the warehouse organized. This role is critical to maintaining the quality and consistency of our brewing operations while supporting broader production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Load semi-trucks and Flatbeds with material and finished goods.
- Operate pallet wrapping machine and sticker totes.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons (Spring and Fall) to ensure we hit production goals.
- Assist Brewing team with loading raw materials into large mix tanks by hand.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory for brewing operations, including raw materials and finished products.
- Receive, inspect, and organize shipments related to brewing and warehouse operations.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Drive company vehicle off-site to pick up materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe brewing and warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot brewing equipment issues.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Driver’s License.
