Work schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

The Supervisor, Production manages the day‑to‑day activities and employees within the Packaging Group, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with cGMP regulations.

• Lead process improvements.
• Develop and maintain procedures and SOPs.
• Present and defend policies and procedures to internal and external auditors.
• Manage and develop direct reports.
• Investigate deviations/non‑conformance, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant production operations experience.
• Prior cGMP experience preferred.
