Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Compensation:$120,000–$200,000+ annually

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join our Collision Center team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes, consistency, and working within a professional repair process. - Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and final surface preparation
- Mix and apply paint using manufacturer-approved techniques and materials
- Ensure color accuracy, finish quality, and consistency across all repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures
- Collaborate with estimators, body technicians, and management to meet production and quality goals
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and has a strong understanding of paint systems, materials, and application techniques. The ideal candidate can work efficiently while maintaining high standards and brings a team-focused mindset with reliable attendance and professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paint Technician in a collision or body shop environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
