PAINT TECHNICIAN – COLLISION CENTER

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Compensation:$120,000–$200,000+ annually

We are seeking an experienced Paint Technician to join our Collision Center team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes, consistency, and working within a professional repair process. • Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and final surface preparation
• Mix and apply paint using manufacturer-approved techniques and materials
• Ensure color accuracy, finish quality, and consistency across all repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures
• Collaborate with estimators, body technicians, and management to meet production and quality goals

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and has a strong understanding of paint systems, materials, and application techniques. The ideal candidate can work efficiently while maintaining high standards and brings a team-focused mindset with reliable attendance and professionalism.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paint Technician in a collision or body shop environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
