* Keep daily operations running like clockwork – whether it’s schedules, staffing, or just making sure everyone’s supported and on track.
* Champion performance improvement efforts and ensure we’re always meeting (and beating!) quality and compliance standards.
* Inspire your teams with strong leadership, sharp decision-making, and a focus on collaboration across departments and disciplines.
* Lead with empathy, encourage ideas, and keep communication open and honest.###
** You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
*** A
** Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Nursing** (bonus points for a Master’s!).
* ** 2–3 years of leadership experience
** in healthcare and a love for developing people and processes.
* BLS or ACLS certification (or willing to obtain if required).
* A strong grasp of healthcare regulations and a track record of improvement initiatives.
* Stellar communication and people skills – you're the kind of person others want on their team.
* A service-minded attitude, a team-first approach, and the ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
* Comfort with tech and solid organizational skills to keep all the plates spinning.###
