STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

This position will play a key role in leading the picking, packing, planning, and order processing within the Distribution Center’s first shift. The ideal candidate will understand best practices to successfully reach department and company goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the coordination and management of the Distribution Center’s operations.
  • Provide consistent, transparent, in-the-moment coaching, and actionable feedback to the team to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Partners with management team to sustain workplace health and safety requirements according to OSHA regulations and the Company safety.
  • Directly manages team members in the Distribution Center; leads, guides and coaches team to accomplish common goals.
  • Ensures workflow and processes are to maximum efficiencies for business necessity.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
  • Adheres to local, state and federal laws.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
  • Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.
