Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
At Trabon, our Account Executives are trusted partners to some of the most recognizable multi-unit restaurant and retail brands in the country. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts - cultivating the relationship, guiding execution, and ensuring every program is delivered with precision, consistency, and care.
You’ll work cross-functionally to bring complex, multi-location programs to life, blending strong communication, detailed project management, and a deep understanding of our print production, logistics, and technology capabilities.
What You’ll Do- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned multi-unit restaurant and retail brands, driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership
- Manage the end-to-end execution of printed and digital products, from initial data collection through final delivery
- Organize and validate program details to ensure flawless execution across all brand deployments
- Build trusted relationships with brand stakeholders through clear, proactive, and responsive communication
- Collaborate with internal teams - including estimating, software development, prepress, pressroom, bindery, warehouse, and shipping—to deliver on timelines and expectations
- Lead project planning with internal stakeholders to meet or exceed client goals
- Perform multi-stage quality control, including proof reviews, production approvals, data accuracy, and other misc. fact-checking
- Prepare accurate invoicing for all chargeable products and services
- Follow established workflows and processes, providing clear instructions to internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain an ultra-responsive mindset for both client and internal communications
- Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe Professional
- Prior customer service or account management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze issues and solve problems efficiently
- Comfortable learning, understanding, and confidently articulating Trabon’s proprietary software solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- In-office attendance is expected initially for training, potential for long-term hybrid flexibility
