WhatYou ll Be Doing
- Be the operational glue that holds things together - organize, oversee, and energize your departments to meet big-picture goals.
- Work side-by-side with the Director to plan, grow, and improve services - and take the reins when they re out.
- Keep daily operations running like clockwork - whether it s schedules, staffing, or just making sure everyone s supported and on track.
- Champion performance improvement efforts and ensure we re always meeting (and beating!) quality and compliance standards.
- Inspire your teams with strong leadership, sharp decision-making, and a focus on collaboration across departments and disciplines.
- Lead with empathy, encourage ideas, and keep communication open and honest.
- Bachelor s or Graduate Degree in Nursing (bonus points for a Master s!).
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in healthcare and a love for developing people and processes.
- BLS or ACLS certification (or willing to obtain if required).
- A strong grasp of healthcare regulations and a track record of improvement initiatives.
- Stellar communication and people skills - you re the kind of person others want on their team.
- A service-minded attitude, a team-first approach, and the ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Comfort with tech and solid organizational skills to keep all the plates spinning.
- Hold a Master s degree - we love lifelong learners!
- Enjoy solving problems, bringing people together, and celebrating wins (big and small!).
