Job Description

We are currently seeking a Trainee Leader to join our Kansas City team. This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on business experience, and grow into management-level positions.

As a Trainee Leader, you will rotate through key operational and leadership functions, learning how to manage teams, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth.
