Canvasser Team Lead & Trainer - Storm Team

This is a field leadership role for someone who thrives outdoors, communicates with confidence, and knows how to motivate a team to perform at a high level. You’ll work directly with canvassers, homeowners, and management to ensure appointments are set, teams are trained properly, and performance goals are consistently met.

• $1,500 – $3,000+ per week (base + overrides + bonuses)
• Leadership role with real authority and impact

• Lead teams of door‑to‑door canvassers in storm‑affected neighborhoods
• Train new and existing team members in a proven conversation and appointment‑setting process
• Run daily pre‑shift and post‑shift meetings
• Provide real‑time field coaching and feedback
• Mentor senior canvassers and develop future leaders
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and next steps
• Set FREE roof and exterior inspections for sales teams
• Ensure accurate contact info and appointment confirmation
• Assist with hail checks and documentation of campaigns
• Assign and manage territories for canvassers
• Track team performance against daily and weekly goals
• Report metrics and progress to the Canvass Manager
• Hold 1‑on‑1s with team members to coach, motivate, and course‑correct

• Proven experience in door‑to‑door canvassing or D2D sales
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing people
• Confident communicator, face‑to‑face with homeowners
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling for storm response
• Organized, driven, and able to hold teams accountable
• Full‑time availability (including some evenings and weekends)
