Overview

Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift

Wage: Based on Experience

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 5:00pm until Completion - Typically 2:00am (Sunday - Friday)

The Night Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all night warehouse and shipping operations. This position leads with minimal on-site leadership support and is fully accountable for safety, productivity, order accuracy, and on-time shipments. The manager works alongside the team as needed to ensure nightly operations run efficiently and customer expectations are met.

• Lead and manage nightly warehouse and shipping operations, including picking, staging, loading and receiving
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture in compliance with OSHA, food safety and warehouse standards
• Supervise, train, coach and hold team members accountable for performance, accuracy and behavior
• Ensure accurate and on-time shipment of customer orders while maintaining product integrity
• Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and reliability
• Track and manage key performance indicators related to safety, productivity and customer service
• Address operational issues independently and implement corrective actions as needed

• 2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience; food or produce preferred
• At least three years of supervisory or people management experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving and order fulfillment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
