Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of real estate projects within a corporate environment, including lease agreements, office buildouts, and renovations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage all aspects of workplace project delivery from planning through completion.
• Use industry practices to qualify and contract with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with building representatives and authorities as needed.
• Ensure resources are aligned for timely project completion according to lease timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project scope, schedule, and budget effectively using standard tools.
• Improve project outcomes and workplace experience through process and design guideline enhancements.
• Handle invoicing, reimbursements, and maintain accurate space utilization data.
• Lead safety initiatives and manage physical security systems.
• Maintain accurate floor plans and emergency drawings.
• Manage maintenance schedules and resolve repair issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate project management or related areas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across geographies.
• Knowledge of commercial leases, property management, and office features.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
