Overview
T he Program Director of Nursing Strategy Operations is a strategic and operational partner to the Chief Nursing Executive/Chief Operating Officer (CNE/COO), ensuring seamless execution of nursing initiatives, strategy, and executive operations. This role is pivotal in driving alignment across nursing leadership, managing strategic priorities, and ensuring the CNE/COO is fully prepared and organized for all engagements. The ideal candidate is obsessively organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven pediatric healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensures the CNE/COO's meetings and calendar are strategically managed and fully supported with preparation, follow-through, and alignment.
- Drives alignment and execution of nursing strategic initiatives by partnering with leadership and monitoring progress toward organizational goals.
- Creates and maintains a centralized system to organize and provide real-time access to critical information for the CNE/COO.
- Improves operational efficiency and communication across nursing leadership through structured processes, clear messaging, and high-quality deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree BS required and 7 or more years experience Leadership, strategy, and project management experience preferred. or
- Master's Degree Preferred and 5-7 years experience Leadership, strategy, and project management experience preferred.
- ASQ - CMQ/Organizational Excellence Preferred Upon Hire
- Six Sigma Black Belt Preferred Upon Hire
- Lean Certification Preferred Upon Hire
