Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order processing and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and a solid understanding of logistics and distribution processes. This role requires a proactive approach to process improvement, safety compliance, and team management to support our e-commerce and 3PL fulfillment activities.

Duties Include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Manage inventory control systems and ensure accurate stock levels using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 platforms
• Oversee warehouse distribution operations, optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and develop warehouse team members, fostering a safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee materials handling operations, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks involving forklifts and other equipment
• Coordinate logistics for shipping & receiving, ensuring timely delivery of products
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and promote safety awareness among staff
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline supply chain activities
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend operational adjustments as needed

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in warehouse management, supervision, or logistics roles with a focus on fulfillment operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and warehouse distribution processes
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and other logistics software such as OSHAs guidelines for safety compliance
• Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment such as forklifts
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment environments with an understanding of shipping & receiving procedures
• Ability to implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and documentation
• Knowledge of 3PL operations and logistics coordination for seamless supply chain flow
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks as required
