If you have 5-10+ years of Operations experience and want to ensure you work a balanced 8-5, Mon-Fri schedule, you should reach out to me. Tons of room for growth for an operations professional looking to make a name for themselves on a dynamic team. You must be fast-paced, a team builder, an organized scheduler, and someone who can be strategic and tactical.

Ready to join a truly fun and dynamic company? How many companies can you say are fun to work for? This is a fast-growing, hands-on organization where ideas turn into action, and results matter. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and designed for individuals who enjoy variety, ownership, and staying close to the work.

The team values accountability, continuous improvement, and smart problem solving. As the business grows, so do the opportunities to learn, take on more responsibility, and make a visible impact rather than blend into the background.

This is a hands-on Operations Manager role for someone who brings grit, strong judgment, and the ability to keep work moving even when conditions change. You will work closely with Operations leadership and field teams to ensure projects, shipments, and installs are executed accurately, on time, and with a high level of accountability.

You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and jumping into the work. When the team is short staffed, schedules shift, or priorities change, you stay focused and solution driven. You balance execution with coordination and do not hesitate to step in where needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work hands-on as an exhibit technician to learn products, processes, and operational flow
  • Assist with and back up daily operations scheduling, including personnel coverage and workload balancing
  • Manage daily work schedules for shipments, installs, and to ensure on-time delivery even when resources are tight
  • Adjust schedules proactively when team members are out to keep projects on track
  • Review and verify shipment orders, outbound prep, and addresses for accuracy
  • Perform final checks and document prep work with photos for client confirmation
  • Review jobs for accuracy prior to invoicing, with and without show services
  • Schedule freight shipments, create bills of lading, and coordinate crate labeling
  • Support local install and dismantle quoting and management
  • Review service proposals for accuracy prior to client delivery
  • Photograph, count, and track new inventory
  • Occasionally support local installations and travel to supervise installs nationwide
  • Identify process gaps and make recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives as the company and operations team scale
What We Are Looking For
  • Grit and a roll up your sleeves mindset
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills with the ability to juggle people, priorities, and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they impact delivery or cost
  • A process improvement mentality with the ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day execution
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same
  • Ability to move between desk based coordination and hands-on operational work throughout the day
  • Green Belt or similar operations or process improvement certification is a strong plus
  • Growth minded and excited to help build scalable operations in a company growing 15 to 20 percent year over year
MUST HAVES:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University is required
  • 5+ years of Operations experience
  • Desired industries can range from warehouse, construction, field services & operations, manufacturing operations and product support, events or live production, facilities management, and more.
  • A collaborative personality who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Someone who is growth minded
  • Strong background in employee recruiting and retention. Teams love working with and for you
