Position:
Automotive Finance Manager

Compensation: Up to $225,000/year (Salary + Bonuses)
Schedule: 5-Day Work Week

Responsibilities:

• Present finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent, ethical, and effective manner
• Build relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and approvals
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI and repeat/referral business

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of F&I experience in a high-volume dealership
• Proven track record of top performance in PVR, product penetration, and lender relations
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Strong understanding of compliance and paperwork accuracy
• Dealer track, Route One, or similar DMS experience preferred
