Position:
Automotive Finance Manager
Compensation: Up to $225,000/year (Salary + Bonuses)
Schedule: 5-Day Work Week

Responsibilities:
- Present finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent, ethical, and effective manner
- Build relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and approvals
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI and repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of F&I experience in a high-volume dealership
- Proven track record of top performance in PVR, product penetration, and lender relations
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and paperwork accuracy
- Dealer track, Route One, or similar DMS experience preferred
